01 Introduction & Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 99tk platform and all related services. By accessing or using the 99tk website, mobile version, or any associated medium, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to immediately stop using all 99tk services. Continued access to the platform will be considered full acceptance of these Terms.

99tk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on 99tk, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must create only one account in your own name.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. Operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all accounts.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. If unauthorized access occurs, notify our support team immediately.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 99tk is ৳200. Our platform accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The same minimum limit applies to all payment methods.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once verification is complete, withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests are sent directly to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Identity Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, 99tk reserves the right to verify your identity. Failure to respond to a verification request may delay or suspend the withdrawal. Documents such as a national ID card or passport may be required.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

99tk complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines. Suspicious transactions may require additional verification, and funds may be temporarily held while an investigation is ongoing.

04 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus — total ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To make a bonus withdrawable, you must wager the bonus amount × 15. For example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus requires a total of ৳22,500 in bets before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit.
• Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be restricted to certain games or markets.
• 99tk reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of unusual betting patterns.

4.3 VIP Program

The 99tk VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.7%, 1.0%, and up to 1.2% respectively. It is possible to advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity.

05 Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account in someone else's name.
• Manipulating the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using scripts, bots, or automated software.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain undue advantage.
• Placing bets in collusion with other users.
• Creating or operating an account using false or misleading information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

06 Gaming Rules & Betting Terms

6.1 General Gaming Rules

6.2 Sports Betting

When placing bets in sports markets, please read the available odds and terms carefully. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled; however, if an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.3 Connectivity Issues

If your internet connection is lost during a game, the last recorded game state on 99tk's servers will be considered final. 99tk is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues.

• If losses occur due to issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• In the event of delays or failures in third-party payment provider services.
• If the service is affected by external factors (natural disasters, legal changes, cyberattacks).

Decisions related to gaming are entirely your own — 99tk does not provide any financial compensation for losses or winnings.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Rights of 99tk

99tk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.

• If there is suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• In cases of failure or non-cooperation with identity verification.

9.2 User Rights

You may contact the 99tk support team at any time to request account closure. The opportunity to withdraw all valid funds will be provided before the account is closed; however, bonuses may be cancelled if pending wagering requirements remain.

12 Governing Law & Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

These Terms were originally written in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative. In the event of any linguistic discrepancy, the Bengali version shall take precedence. 99tk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.
